We provide our services to you subject to the following conditions. These terms and conditions always apply when you use or place and order via our website and provide important information for you as a buyer. Therefore, please read this carefully.
ITsw.app is located and governed by the law of Czech Republic.
ITsw.app reserves the right to cancel any incoming order which it might believe to be of suspicious nature (such as unauthorized / fraud payments etc.). Similar paid orders are refunded and the goods are not delivered.
Refunds will not be issued based on technical failure of a software.
No refund or replacement can be given once the Key (code) has been activated.
No refund or replacement will be given once the Key (code) has been sent to you.
If the Key (code) cannot be activated for some unknown reasons, contact us within 36 hours from the time of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.
If you received an incorrect product a refund/replace is possible.
If we are not able to deliver for any reason, we will give you a full refund.
As for software codes once the code has been delivered there is no return or refund of any kind.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. royalkeysoftware.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
You must provide your full legal name, current region/country, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. All information provided by you shall be true, accurate, current and complete. Sometimes we can ask additional information from the customer.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. Parental consent is needed or involvement shall be required in the event that you have not attained the age of 18.
The services currently provided by ITsw.app include but shall not be limited to the following (the “Service”): CD Key sales and/or any other service made available by ITsw.app from time to time.
The services provided by ITsw.app are made available and is accessible via this website. You understand and accept that your use (whether in the manner stipulated or otherwise) of the Service is at your own risk.
ITsw.app reserves the right to produce proof of delivery to our payment providers in case of a charge back. This proof may contain part of your key delivered to you.
Description of the Service
Should you breach any of these Terms of Service, ITsw.app shall have the exclusive sole and absolute right to terminate, discontinue or withdraw the provision of the Service to you. In the event of a breach by you, ITsw.app reserves its right to pursue any remedy or relief in so far as permitted by law, which includes but is not limited to injunction, damages and/or specific performance.
Services (as defined below) rendered by ITsw.app are subjected to these Terms of Service with exclusion of any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by you, the Customer. Any new features, upgrades, variations or new packages which are added to the current Service shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. ITsw.app reserves the right at its absolute and sole discretion to vary, modify, delete, update or suspend these Terms of Service (or any part thereof) without prior notice to you. As such, you understand and acknowledge that it is your duty to review these Terms of Service on a regular basis.

We issue refunds on our products on following terms:
1.Full refund within 60 Days, if the customer received a unusable licence - but first must contact our support, to determine that licence is not working due to the licence itself and not by some other means (faulty installation, wrong product installed, malware or virus corruption of system files etc.)
2. Full refund within 60 Days, if the customer did not receive a licence at all, via Email.
3. Full refund within 2 Year, if customer is having problems with licence, after activating it.
4. NO REFUND if the customer received a working licence.
To receive a refund, the buyer has to contact us via e-mail: support@ITsw.app
ITsw.app reserves the right to check the product key for Activation details within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated, after the purchase, ITsw.app has the right to refuse refund, since the purchased service has been provided as agreed.
Payment
Price of the goods and any costs associated with the delivery of the goods can be payed by the buyer to the seller by the following ways according to the contract:
- PayPal;
- By credit card online;
- Online card payment via the Besteron.com payment gateway.
Any discounts from the price of goods cannot be combined.
